My understanding was that Ralph Gilles had the first production ACR, he personally told me this. The second, as far as I know, was a red/black like the one pictured. It was run in the Cannonball One Lap of America piloted by a couple of SRT engineers. That car was "prepped by Hennessey" but would have more miles on it than the one above. Ralph competed that year in a prototype SRT Challenger.
But did Ralph sell his 08 when he got his Voodoo?
I don't see what all the fuss is about, he has the certificate of authenticity from Viper Club of America that explains what the car is and how it was acquired.![]()
