I dont know the offset, but the wheels are:

20x11 [Front]
20x13 [Rear] w/ 5" inch lip!

Tires are Nitto Invo

285/30/20 [front]
345/25/20 [rear]

The tires have about 4k miles them are like new.

Lug Nuts Included.
