Xenon HID headlight conversions, anyone done this? does it include the entire light system or just the headlights? I think Roe racing has the conversion kit. Opinions of Roe? Is this HID kit worth it? The look of Xenon HID is definitely much better than our standard lights, so I thought id get some input before purchasing

I was one of the first purchasers of Sean's kit and I love them. Everything fits inside the headlight housing and looks 100% stock from under the hood. The lighting improvement is significant and in my opinion worth the expense. While they are expensive compared to a straight bulb replacement, Sean's kit is very competitive and as many have mentioned, his customer service is the best. Since mine was an early kit, the bulbs were not sitting properly in the socket and Sean's Fed Ex'd up corrected bulbs immediately that worked great.

Couple of other points: They run cooler than stock and draw less current once the starting current surge is complete. Alignment is critical, so don't trust the bubble levelers in the headlight housing. The lighting improvement is significant, both in brightness, distance, whiteness and reflectivity, but don't expect daylight at night. The lights are not legal as they do not have the required auto-levelers that OEM HID lights have, but I have never been flashed for too bright lights. These are low beam replacements only but the stock high beams add a nice distance extension. I also jumped the fog light relay so I can have all 3 sets of lights on simultaneously. This gives great distance, width and brightness, though again not legal as your not allowed to have more than 4 beams on simultaneously. Lastly, I strongly recommend marking your OEM light's hot spots on a wall 25 feet in front of the car, both high and low beams, then replace the low beams with the HIDs without moving the car. Once complete, verify that the low beam hot spot is still in the same location. If not, the bulb center is not in the same position as the OEM filament and either the bulb base must be modified or replaced, because if you change the alignment to compensate, you'll move the high beams off into the wrong direction as they are not independently adjustable from the low beam.
