What a weekend for Chevy! First they get the Ring record, and they dominated their class in Le Mans!! They also had some cool ZR1 commercials to add insult to injury The detuned Zr1 commercial was the best Talk about a kick to the nuts of Porche, Ferrari, and BMW

Well done GM and Beretta even though he came down with some CO2 issues while driving. Jan M. wiped out a Porsche in the middle of the night and did that car in. Its actually referred too as a C6R ZR1 for marketing and it will sell a lot more cars after this event.

The Vettes kicked Butt big time. The C6R as well as the lesser class (last years C6-R) won in their own classes. Clearly showing the world that GM is currently the top dog. Winning LeMans is the greatest achievement in the racing world. Congrats to the only US manufacturer with the foresight and brains to take on the world and win over and over again.

If my tax dollars are paying for this effort, then I say bravo, at least they are going to something worthwhile.

Great race - CONGRATS to the Corvette Teams - we were there - if I find time I will post some pictures!
The Vettes going by at 200 mph nearby my hotel room (bed 100 feet away from the track!) is incredible...24h is a loooooooooooooooong time!
