    Corsa Track Exhaust Sale 03-08

For whatever it's worth, recently I went to the Corsa exhaust system in my 06 coupe because of the heat buildup inside, especially on the passenger side, that was being generated by the stock exhaust. We noticed a major improvement for us with the Corsa exhaust. I'm very happy with the Corsa...

2006 First Edition, Who Has One?

I have one of these "heart stoppers". While at the VOI 10, I saw a few others from around the country. In my opinion, there is something special about the First Edition and I really enjoy this car. Mine is #15 of 200. Would be interesting to see how many of the 200 owners see this posting...

Six Point Harness verse Five Point

Thanks Stealth, your input was helpful. If our Vipers are setup from the factory for a 6 point, then that is the answer. Would make no sense to me to start modifing my car to fit a 5 point harness. Another question, for normal street driving, can the 6 point be put under the seat? :usa:

    Dodge Does Daytona!!

We traveled to Daytona for the first time to see the running of the Daytona 500 on it's 50th anniversary. I must say that it was an awesome experience. What made it even better was the Mopar finishes! Proud to be a Viper owner. Dodge is back!!

Just arrived back from Az. Brought the blue snake out from Illinois. We went on the cruise to Payson. Had a good time. Some great road to drive that Viper on.

    Power Shift and Bang!

I've been reading other postings. Sounds like many have had this same "bang" noise, from 99 to 06 models. A couple of posting suggested that we check the 4 bolts connecting the differential to the body. May be loose. Something to keep in mind. 2006 First Edition

    Power Shift and Bang!

ILLSMOQ, Once the tires have been warmed up, no hopping. Looks like "Phoenix SRT" has the same experience. 2006 First Edition

    Power Shift and Bang!

Phoenix SRT, Bingo, that's exactly what I am talikng about. It's reassuring that others have the same situation. We need to know what that is and is it normal or should we be concerned. 2006 First Edition

    Power Shift and Bang!

Wheel hop more so when tires are cold. So that large carzy bang is normal? What's happening with that banging and will it damage the car? Is it the trans?

    Power Shift and Bang!

In our 2006 SRT 10, a full throttle power shift from first to second gear results in a hugh BANG noise from the rear differential. Anyone else experience the same?

Good price for a First Edition coupe?

As we all know, market price is really determined by what someone would be willing to pay. For a excellent condition, 2006 First Edition, with under 5,000 miles, I would pay up to anything in the low 70's. But that's me. I own one, and I love it!!

    RPM Shifting Methods

Sounds like from your input that it really comes down to shifting and driving styles. I grew up in 1968 with a 440 GTX. I learned while driving around town, to drive shifting gears just at the point where the car would pull back. That was considered the natural shifting point which would...

    RPM Shifting Methods

Question: How hard do you drive your SRT 10 without harming the engine? Example, while driving on highway curving roads, would you drive in 3rd gear at 70 MPH at 3,500 RMPs for a prolonged period of time withour harming the engine? Question 2: When you are driving normally in the city, do you...
