    I would not clear over Vinyl. You are better off with just the Vinyl or having the stripes painted. I had Vinyl stripes put on my red 94 rt/10 and they were not perfect. I just had stripes painted on my red 98 GTS and they are perfect. Pics of my GTS before: After:

    Hood gap??

    Who cares, buy it, drive it and do what YOU want and have fun. After all it’s just a car. If you are that concerned then don’t drive it and let it sit so you don’t diminish its valve.

    Striped the Viper!

    Even if they cleared the entire car you would still feel an edge, it would be smooth but you would feel it. The cost would be very expensive as it is like repainting the entire car. :eek: I have not measured but i am sure the edge is only a couple mm thick.

    I had them take out the fog light covers and fill in the holes when I had the front bumper repainted a few weeks ago. I like the look better without. I did not have them paint the license plate area, I did the same look as a 2002 FE.
