I'd suggest going to Silver State Classic and hunt around for the rules. My first year (I've run 4 times) I was in the 130 mph class with a tech speed of 165. I second the motion of why not just fix the problem. However, I find this is a common problem that is close to home. I'm doing the same thing currently on my 99. Pulling fuze #30. I'm sure there are probably many things that could contribute to the vibration. (Shocks, bushings etc.) I would recommend taking the wheels to a shop that can 'ride match' the tire to the wheel and then balance. Look in your local yellow pages for a tow truck supply company. They can supply the 'R' hooks and sraps.
