The Michelin "run craps" will be returning for '08. The HP numbers are being kept very secretive but I would bet they are going to get at least 600 hp out of the new 8.4.- ResumeSpeed

Re: how many black/silver coupe\'s were made??? Actually they have already surpassed those numbers. I don't have a color breakdown but do have the 2006 model year totals to date. Depending on what they build in August the final total could approach 2000 units. 2006 Viper production totals...- ResumeSpeed

is the 2007 Viper getting a HP bump?
There will be no 2007 models at all, news of this was first broke last October over on Allpar. The "special models" they talk about will be for the 2006 model year & will be built during August before the 4-month shutdown. The '08 models should hit dealers in late January. What's is going at the Connor Assembly plant ?!

Conner will shut down for a little over 4 months starting Sept 1st. 2008 SRT-10 production will start in early January 2007 and run until the summer of 2008.
