Okay, that explains it.....since I have one of those RED Vipers, seems they mailed to all RED owners at their usual fast speed....everyone else kinda trailed! Yes, agree, very nice magazine....as for the wheels, what can you say, factory information! :D

Received My New Viper Magazine....Incorrect Wheels Shown on '98 RT....Really???

So, just looked at the latest issue of Viper Magazine I received yesterday. On pages 28 & 29, they show pictures of each year Viper from 1992 to 2010. There it was, a picture of a silver 1998 RT/10 with...huh, '99 wheels? Only reason I noticed is because I have a '98. But really, wouldn't...

Replacing brakes on Gen 2 RT

I use a special tool to do the brakes on my '98. You have to hold it at approximately a 78 degree angle, push a few buttons and then say..."Hello, is Chuck there???" :lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:

Where have alll the Vipers gone?

Agreed, Mike ('99) is a really good source and fairly priced and Jon's reputation goes without saying...also a great source for new parts (some used) and he's always looking to increase/expand his inventory when opportunities. And.....Chuck Tator is "Da Man"!!! :)

    Fabricated my own splitter

Very nice work and great look! You obviously gave the setup some thought before building, e.g., mounting position, use of helm joints, etc. If you could figure out how to reproduce it, you'd have a sweet business deal there. Rice is in the eye of the beholder, so I think there are probably a...

So I guess a cruise to OCC again is out?

I still watch it on and off, but it isn't as enjoyable. They still put out some really nice theme bikes....both shops. But, not all that different from watching Bike Buildoff or shows like that. The bickering between Senior and Junior in the old show is what really made it fun TV....think...
