ya, I assume it was the trickle charger. I have never had anything like that happen to me so I thought something was wrong with the car. Good to know it's not the car. Will make sure not to work on the car when plugged onto the trickle charger again :)- Darth Menace

this is somewhat true. i'd shock it with my face, and the touch it with my hand to see what was going on and there was nothing. then later i'd touch it with my arm and get shocked, but not when id touch it with my hand. later i touched the bolts with my hand and i kept getting shocked. so yes...- Darth Menace

Hey today I was trying to take some exhaust off so I was laying under the rear of the car. my face touched the frame and I got a zap. Anyways, it became uncomfortable working on my car so i tried to figure out what was wrong. It ends up i took off the trickle charger and the zaps were gone...- Darth Menace

hmmm, i dont know what i'm looking at half the time anyways, but i didnt see anything out of the oridinary. I will take a picture and maybe someone will know. i was just curious because the fog light HID kit is tempting, but i want it to match the headlights- Darth Menace

hey thanks for the help. i guess what i ended up doing is getting the screw into one side, tightening it fully down and then shifting it into place so the second one fit in. I am excited to wait until night so i can see if the led plate lights look sexy or not. Also, i know this is somewhat...- Darth Menace

Hey, i got the panels back on and the lenses out, thanks for the help guys. it wasnt hard at all what is hard though, I replaced the licence plate bulbs with LED, and now i cant get the screws back into the plastic lenses because they just dont want to line up.
