    I can't find anything online about this accident. Looking at the dirt, I'm guessing they pulled it back on the road. From the amount of damage, perhaps a tree? Regardless, I hope the occupant(s) got away without injury. This has been a bad week for Vipers.

    After viewing a "related" video, there was another video with a Vette in a handicapped spot. BUT, what caught my eye was the snake that rolls through the footage.

    I took mine when the family went out for dinner last week. I had my wife park two spaces away from the end and I parked between her and concrete curbing.

    A neighbor of mine is a police officer. He once told me that the speed limit changes when you can see the sign. I'd say it's a grey area, but it seems consistent with what the officer was doing in your case cfiiman. What was the "defective equipment" that was agreed to in your case?

    Part of the reason I picked this car (or did it pick me) was the gold wheels. What I'd really like to do is find wheels with the same design, paint them, and store the originals. That would allow me to keep the look, but also preserve the originals in case I ever sell it.

    I did it!!

    The first thing I checked was the tire manufacture date and it seems these are the originals. Two tires don't show the full DOT info, so they may be reversed. The two showing have 416 and 446, so they would be 1996, which makes sense for a '97. So I guess I'll be shelling out a few more bucks...
