Ulysses, If you get there early, I would just get in line and follow all the others to the track. I will try to be there early also and I'll have a Yellow Z06 Vette with at Black Bra. There will be plenty of time to hook up once we are all in line at the staging point. Regards, Steve- 2charmed

I would be very happy to put down a 12.6 with my Z and I have seen you put down 12.2's on a sloppy track so I am not much of a challenge to you. Think I found 1, need help
I'd pull a car fax for one. Find a knowlegable Viper Tech in your area and have the car checked over! (this is a must) Gen 1 cars do have some inherant problems, but not bad if you are expecting them. You can get a set of factory wheels from Jon B at the Parts Rack at a pretty good price...- 2charmed

Z06 vs Viper
I watched fairly stock Z06 vettes running mid 12's all day at Carlsbad drag strip a few weeks ago. Not a great track at all. These cars ranged from cold air only to some with headers and drag radials. The best I ran (which was in the heat of the day) was a 13.200. It was my first day out on a...- 2charmed

It's the differance between a Lion and Lioness! The GTS Concept is just an awesome machine the RT leaves something to be desired, like DC is holding back. Which obviously they are after seeing the GTS! Build it DC they will buy it! (I would) Regards, Steve- 2charmed

engine temp
Do you have high flow air filters? Smooth Tubes? I don't know why, but my Z06 temp fell a little better than 10 degrees simply by putting a cold air intake set up on. I like the aftermarket fan kit from Roe Racing also. (won't help while driving but helps cool the engine after stopping) You...- 2charmed
