    My most recent experience was 3yrs ago, but it's the last I'll ever have with a red top... probably any Optima. Definitely not worth the hassle when you can get great AGM batteries from the likes of Duralast and DieHard for less money.

    Stock coils are pushing Sal's car into the 6s. If you're truly having a coil issue, I would replace it with stock or potentially consider the Screamin' Coils as an alternative. Doesn't appear that our cars really need a coil boost.

    Your best bet is to convert to machine screws through the installation of RivNuts. See the how-to section for details. I have a bunch of the stock screws in the garage that you're welcome to, but your hole is likely stripped and you'll need a slightly larger screw if sticking with the same type...
