    my understanding is that If you take delivery at CAP, you still pay the delivery on the MSRP. Then you can pay Reliable to deliver the car to your home. Or simply drive it out the door at CAP. Otherwise the vehicle has to be shipped to a dealer. If you pick up at CAP, , all paperwork and payment...

Perhaps he is having financial problems, and he states that because he has done good things in the past for the viper club customers should put up with not receiving items that...
