    For a static trans sitting on the bench with full synchros and all...indeed pretty impressive. If it hadn't been stated, I'd of thought the trans had no internals...but the OP states a 100% stock t-56.     I can't recall the specifics, but when I moved here from AZ, there was a big title fee I had to pay to change the registration from AZ to Florida. But once that issue was resolved, the annual cost is somewhere around $30.00.

    Definitely part of the experience. Unlike any other car, you have to 'plan' when, where, and in what weather you'll take a drive. After 8+ years with my GTS, my pulse still gets going backing it out of the driveway since I never know what reaction I'll encounter on any given day.
