Tampa Viper Owners

I am in the market for my gen 3 and wanted to sit and chat with a few local Viper owners. I sat in one that was for sale in Riverview but never got a warm and fuzzy that this was a car guy, so I never asked the important questions to break the ice.
I am a disabled vet working on MacDill AFB and my wife is still in (Army) Just want to pick the brain of the locals if such a beast exists. I have a couple of projects I was going to sell to finance the Viper but I'd rather keep them and get the Snake anyway. My '68 Lemans, '70 Skylark convertible and '84 C10 have kept me sane the last few months. I hope the Viper is my panacea.

HI Kainedogg! Our Central / North Florida region of the VCA is a strong and enthusiastic bunch of folks and we do things together several times a year. Just last weekend a few of us displayed our Vipers in an outdoor car show in Lakeland. We will be planning some events together

Where on MacDill? I'm in CENTCOM and I drive my 2001 GEN-II (Yellow with the white stripe and black GEN-V wheels) to the base a lot this time of year.

No kidding! I was in the AOR for the past month and missed out on some of this thread. I'm driving the GTS in to work tomorrow (LORD willing). I'll check with Terri in the AM...she sits one office over from me.
