I don't know the specs, but pick up a service manual if you don't have one. All that type stuff is listed in it. Your car is a 99', right? There's one on Ebay now for $20 shipped.- V10SpeedLuvr

You could try retorquing them before replacing the gasket. Gasket part # is 05245095 according to the online part # guide. Call Tator to order them. The Gen 3 valve covers look good, but its not a cheap process b/c you have to buy spacers that are $200+ from what I've seen plus the cost of...- V10SpeedLuvr

I have learned my lesson....another Power Steering Pulley Story!
I have wondered that about the Gen 1 head gaskets as well. +1, my pulley also had some hairline cracks in it when it was removed as preventive maintenance. Making a vent hole in the NAPA 180 Thermo ???
I have a Napa 180* in my car. I had not heard about drilling a hole into them until this thread. The t-stat has been in for a couple years and I'm 100% happy with it.- V10SpeedLuvr

Funny story.... could have been lame.
I'd rather be pulled over by 20 cool cops who just want to see the car vs. 1 jerk cop who just wants to thump his chest because he got to pull over a Viper and write him a ticket! OIL COOLER - Repair or Replace?
I'm guessing 2VC stands for 2 Viper Chuck who is Chuck 98 RT/10 on the site. HID's are on my "soon to do" list as well. Keep us updated on that- V10SpeedLuvr

I had to replace mine a couple years ago. New from Dodge was $500. I bought a used one from Jon B for $50-75, IIRC.- V10SpeedLuvr
