Yes, the car is running on the battery only. It appears you may have a problem with the PCM not providing charge. May I ask if you replaced the alternator with a rebuild or new? I can service the PCM if required.

I built the '99 ACR and ended up purchasing it back when I found out it was for sale. Later on I sold it and ultimately it ended up there. Some lucky buyer got a good deal!!!

Congrats on the same positive results we've experienced at DLM. The wires are an excellent replacement and we use them on all of our performance and stock applications. The optimal consequence from utilizing these wires for several years has made them a winner!

Doug
There are other things to check, although if you want to verify the heater valve is ok; run the engine to operating temperature. With the valve in the closed position, check to see if the hoses are just as HOT on both sides of the valve. If they are the valve is probably bad. If not, you will...
I surmise it may be the cable outside under the hood over the right box. The heater valve is stuck in the *on* position. You can manually push the valve over into the opposite direction to remedy the problem for now.
Let me know if you have any other questions.....

Re: Paxton owners - GET RID OF YOUR FMU & SPLIT SECOND SETUP AS SOON AS HUMANLY POSSI
V1PERMAN,
With consideration of a knowledgeable tuner, the Split Second box and Paxton fuel pumps can make THE SAME hp numbers as the SCT Flash unit. Again, this is for a tuner that has the Split Sec...
Absolutely a great car! Have it inspected prior to purchase. You'll be surprised how well a 1997 GTS B/W fairs with today's modern cars in performance and reliability. It's not as temperamental as you think- they take a lot of harsh driving and come back for more!
Best wishes,
Doug
It appears it could be coolant and the gasket(s) is deteriorating. When you replaced the gaskets did you use the revised MLS gaskets or the older original OE ones? From the looks of the picture it appears you still have the older type installed.
Utilizing the old style gaskets inevitability...
I would suggest to get it repaired under factory warranty. Mainly, because you do have a warranty and new ones are expensive. Although there are plenty used manifolds floating around, the used units could do the same.
You can repair/weld manifolds, but a word of caution; sometimes you cannot...
Easy fix.... If you call I can walk you through it. I don't want to publicly post how to bypass the alarm system :drive:

This is very sad to watch!
It appears the car drifted left and out of the groove. What happened after that needs to be ivestigated.
I'm just glad he's ok!!!

Doug
Hello Bob,
Hope all is well on your end!
My comment was only addressing the open letter above and specifically that.
Hang on to those wheels we'll talk one day about them I'm sure :). Take care and say hi to your lovely wife!

Doug
Don't mean to sound disrespectful but If you want your apology to reflect a meaningful element of sincerity, it should be addressed directly to Mr. Ralph Gilles.

Low balling is nothing new.... IMHO your asking too much. Not that your car isn't worth it, it's a matter of product and demand. There are many models out there just above or below your asking price, newer or perhaps less miles. Everything sells at a price, so you would be much better off...
Rear 0xygen sensors can/do deteriorate in time. Remember, they are placed after the cats which produce heat and can make them subject to slow response time and possible failure.
There are tests you can perform that can determine response time and efficiency, although the question is what year...
