I have Racedeck and love it. I do all kinda of work on my car, on jackstands and off, and with more "spills" that I would like to admit. Never had any sort of issue.

Pretty common, but it seems to vary from one gas station pump to another. NOT Viper specific problem. There's a little safety-shutoff check valve in the pump nozzle and it will always kill the flow of gas when the gas starts coming back up the filler neck. Sounds like the gas flow from the pump...
Gotta replace the whole thing. Luckily, really easy to do (but costly). If possible, leave your windows rolled down just a bit to reduce the stress on the seals and extend their life. Got mine from VPA.

I use WheelWax at the beginning of every season and then a california forked wheel duster (blue) after or before each drive. Hardly have to touch wheels during my 2-3 washes per year. I also have different pads and keep the car in a Carcoon, so that makes a huge diff I'm sure.
You're over analyzing. I personally let car run up to operating temp before first drain after winter because 1) I don't want any moisture showing up in my annual oil sample analysis report and 2) I usually do my first change when it's still cool out, so I dont wanna wait forever for the cold oil...
Sorry to hear, sucks when there's nothing you can do to avoid it either. I'd be surprised if there wasnt a huge push to total the car. Everything happens for a reason though, so good luck with future decisions.
In 11 months just take a look at your budget and decide how much YOU want to spend and then find one to fit your budget. Remember, unless the previous owner can prove a maint. sched, you're going to need new tires and fluids. Be sure to factor all those costs in. Good luck, nothing beats a B/W
R&J Distributing has them in chrome and SEVERAL other colors. Just do a search with their name for lots of hits. You simply go to their site and send them a message about the color you want/any kind of custom lettering (supercharged, 1000hp, yadda yadda).My opinion = HORRIBLE customer service...
