+1. I have personally seen it used when a crashes resulting in death or when people are suing Chrysler cause "it was the cars fault i crashed thru the McDonalds"
just more of a nanny state, and increasing the cost of every car you buy... sad really.
no problem. i was actually a little suprised it took it. i fought with the first PCM for about an hour before i just gave up and tried the second one. that one i was able to program in about 20 mins.
OK, good news and bad news.
One of the PCMs is junk, coding in it is pretty bad and was unable to recover it.
the other PCM i was able to load the 1996 stock GTS software on it. In my car it started and ran, didn't drive it around but it appears to be working again!
yep, sounds like you need the new tire pressure sensors programmed to the car. sad to hear the dealer is being a douche about it. if you were local i'd tell you to swing by my dealer and i'd knock it out.
alrighty looks like SCT is gonna drop off your ECUs at my shop tomorrow morning. As long as the weather is ok, I'll bring my Viper into work and try and get them flashed.
I have access to flash the PCM but all our tools plug into the car, not direct into the PCM. i guess we could try plugging your PCM into my car, then flashing it. i dont think it would damage my car.
Prolly gonna pull the trigger on a big obnoxious wing. Looking at prolly the Autoform LeMans wing.
can you guys post up some pics of your wing along with the make/model?
CSX-T?!?!?! NICE!
i have had 20+ turbo dodges in my life. highlights include 2- 87 GLHS's, 87 Shelby Lancer, Daytona IROC R/T, and the all mighty SDAC-Chicago Project NewYorker
