Wow that's bright. Personally, I wanted a contrast between my HID and fogs - so I went with Piaa Plasma Yellow. They put out the yellowest light without using lens. Very similar to Lexus fog lights.
I also heard to run your car hard - WOT - several times before dyno. I presume to make sure computer goes in some performance mode??? Also make sure you remove the floor mat just to make sure nothing interferes with gas pedal.
Roadkill - thanks for the info. I checked my u-joint and there is absolutely nothing visibly wrong with it. No unusual plays etc. Could this have been a loud backfire? Thank god for extended warranty
bump - i think I have similar issues as CrimsonVenom. I went out and tightened differential mount bolts - one was loose. Torqued to 100ft/lbs. Not sure if that solved the clunk though...
Still have them. Not sure about shipping out of country - it could be pretty darn expensive. If i had to take guess prob 4 times more than US so about $500 shipping.
Jon - thank you for the info! GOod to know it's covered under warranty.
Why do these break so easily? What can I do to avoid breakage other than driving like grandma mosses???
I have the clunk but just today noticed a loud pop under somewhat aggressive downshift from 3rd to 2nd - perhaps my rpm wasn't high enough and there was an unusual drivetrain stress??? It sounded like loud pop. Half shaft looks normal.
i also heard a loud pop but only when I downshifted from 3rd to 2nd at pretty low speeds. I heard it once more during another downshift. The car still drives fine. WHat could cause such loud pop in drive train? Improper rpm during shift, maybe?
Thanks
dimitrios - wow, great eyes you got there :) yes, traded up about a year ago and never looked back...
viperfreak2 - sounds very tempting but i have my heart set on Purner 19's....

I will post close ups this weekend. After assessing the current market condition, I am asking...
Is it just me or when you fully extend the gas cap cover, it actually touches body panel? Can this be adjusted somehow to avoid touching the body?
Thanks in advance!
