    Viper Mileage

    I just drive the cars as much as it makes me happy. Putting miles on the car doesn't affect my decision to drive it as much as where I am going and if I'll feel safe leaving the car there.

    I heard from someone I know who is "in the know" at chrysler that in 07 there will be a HP bump, but he didn't know details. I figure even if there is a HP bump, just buy an 06 and then sell if you want an 07

    Sorry, I should have read over what I typed... I meant an otherwise stock viper with a 150 shot. PRVT JET said he trapped 136mph on street tires, but he has a heads/cam car. I am wondering what I could expect with just a 150 shot.

    On Friday night, October 5th, there will be a car show in Fenton, MO. There are usually quite a few cars down there and last month there were a few Vipers. Its in the closed-down Shop N' Save parking lot, right next to the Wal-Mart, about a mile from the intersection of Hwy 30 and Hwy 141...

    The specs for the stripes were changed after 98. I don't know what year you are looking for but here's the information that was given to me. 96-98: 3 7/8" gap between with 8 1/4" width 99-01: 4 3/8" gap between with 8" width

    Tonight, Friday Aug 3rd, there will be a car show down in Fenton. If all goes to plan I will be down there with my friend's Dad and his 2001 Viper GTS. If anyone is in the area feel free to come down and show off your Viper too. Get there early to get a good spot, I would recommend 6pm or so...

    Please Help! Need info on Viper Paint Specs

    I need the stripe specs on a 2001 Viper GTS (are they different from previous years?). We bought a new Viper but didn't opt for the $3,000 option. We are now going to get the stripes painted on and I want them to be perfect. If anyone has a Viper with the stripes or knows the specs on them...
