    Anyone try Gtech Pro?

I got one. It's a cool toy, but now it's in my trunk! The mount is crap, and there's nowhere to put the thing in an SRT. I do like the blue night lighting. Cops always used to ask me what that blue light on the dash was for. Seems to be very accurate for the times, way off for some runs if you...

Z06 is a compelling alternative to Ferrari, Porsche, Aston Martin, Lamborghini, Maserati and Ford GT

Re: Z06 is a compelling alternative to Ferrari, Porsche, Aston Martin, Lamborghini, Maserati and Ford GT There was no ZR1 in 96, and with the 06 models having 500hp that's 10 years between a 96 coupe and an 06 coupe. The 14 years comment caught my eye. Good job! '92 Viper to '06 Viper. So...

Z06 is a compelling alternative to Ferrari, Porsche, Aston Martin, Lamborghini, Maserati and Ford GT

Re: Z06 is a compelling alternative to Ferrari, Porsche, Aston Martin, Lamborghini, Maserati and Ford GT I re-thought that statement. It should have said 'shoot at a moving target' How fast has our target been moving? Think about it this way: DC did a complete redesign of the V-10 and we...

    eibach springs work .......

www.wheelsboutique.com Why don't web designers think an address is needed? They also have a phone system that you can hear them, but they can't hear you. Frustrating. All I wanna know is what STATE they are in.

Z06 is a compelling alternative to Ferrari, Porsche, Aston Martin, Lamborghini, Maserati and Ford GT

Re: Z06 is a compelling alternative to Ferrari, Porsche, Aston Martin, Lamborghini, Maserati and Ford GT We are up in arms. DC does not know exactly how I feel, because an upgraded motor isn't available, NOW. I don't want to lose bragging rights for one second, much less ONE YEAR. Being top...

Is it just me, or has guy lost it?

It's worth every penny of $150K! Can't you guys tell that it's the V-12 version every know-it-all-ten-year-old tells me about?

    Good handling / bad handling

Earlier 911's with no power steering were the ultimate in road feel. Most girls would say 'the steering is so jumpy!' 'I don't like it, why can't it be smoother?' That about says it all. Drive a race car without any road feel through the steering and you'll crash on lap 1.

    So Cal VCA Picnic Photographs/Videos

Lowered SRT's look SO much better. I saved one of the group pics to my background...then saw the Sable wagon. Ugh. Thanks 98modmtr!

    Z06 at the Ring

A 'tweeked' Viper would be called a comp coupe. It's time to run one at the ring, in the hands of the driver who did the laps in the Z06, blue dog or not.

2005 Viper & Other Exotics Spotters Thread

Re: 2005 Viper & Other Exotics Spotters Thread I haven't seen one come through the processing center yet. I could have missed the first ones though. My office overlooks all the incoming cars for east coast distribution.

    Changed spark plugs: Much smoother

Ouch. It took me thirty minutes. I think I paid $1.99 per plug (bought them long ago, I could be wrong) $20 and 30 minutes vs. $200 and having to sit in the dealers service dept. waiting room.....

    Pics of Fredericksburg cruise.

AWESOME group of cars! WTF is the rustang doing in there?!? Parking BEHIND the 288GTO is showing some respect, but it really should not have been allowed in the vicinity... just kidding all you Fordfanatics! Opps, on second look, the 288 has a targa roof which means it's not a 288. Prolly...

SRT10, a little young? Just my opinion, but she looks 13.

    Changed spark plugs: Much smoother

So far, only good results from the change. Another benefit is gas mileage. While I don't really care if it gets 10mpg, with gas priced so high, I figured I'd let you all know I'm up from an average of 14.9 (over two years) to near 16 on the first tank after the change, to 16.8 on the second! I'm...

    Road&Track 1 mile test

This post was about the 1 mile test results. I mentioned the name because that's who won. I didn't mean to start a VS. pissing contest. Freedom is information. Let freedom ring.

    Coupe steering wheel

Love it. Anything that adds interest to that sea of black plastic is OK with me. If someone doesn't like it, they can buy an Autozone cover for $9.99

going from Gen II to Gen III

My opinion (for what it's worth) is to keep the FE and supercharge it. You got the looks, performance, and you can always do a brake upgrade. Best of all worlds, except maybe the ability to mentally fight new car fever. That's a tough one. I always ask myself, will I really be happier? I'm not...

Not all Viper people are good guys

How about a silver Buick LeSabre? No one would suspect GRANDPA of trafficing meth. Neons are on COPS all the time!
