Thanks. I tried to align the numbers from an Excel file, it didn't work too well.
The bottom line is:
Year to date, for every Viper built there are about 33 Corvettes, and almost 2 Ford GTs.
In South Carolina you can use deadly force to protect yourself, ON or IN your property.
You misunderstood the intent of Warfangs statement.
Example: Someone comes up next to your car in a parking lot yelling FREEZE! Floor it then run them down. Your life is in danger. You are just defending...
Some production facilities use the install / verify system. One person tightens the bolts, then somewhere downstream someone else re-torques them and puts a paint stripe on the threads. I guess Conner Ave. doesn't do this.
I have to at least offer another 'why':
Maybe he was just trying to mind his own business?
Every retard in a Honda Civic (or even this past weekend a Toyota Tacoma) try to rev engines and race me. I've learned to ignore them, it can be dangerous in a convertible to insult teenagers. Or crotch...
I got 24000 miles on my car, changed the plugs at 22,500 and they looked flawless. No carbon.
Not disagreeing with anyone, just my personal experience.
I don't pull hills in 6th, just flat or downhill sections at steady speeds. I shift to 5th or 4th to climb a hill, even slight ones.
Re: 2008 Viper news - NOT!
The nose on the Viper won't have to change for Europe unless it's a totally new design. Models already in production don't have to meet the new standard until the next redo.
Yeah, last night I went to the dragstrip, top down, 75 degrees, the smell of burning tires and adrenalin.....
all eyes on my car, not the vette next to me. Life is good.
If your 'other' plan involves selling little white rocks on the street corner, please remember: Being in a jail cell with a 400lb guy named Bubba, is as FAR away from driving a Viper as you can possibly get.
Everything is conspiring against me for the Nurburgring.
IF I wrecked the rental car, would they let me out of the country??
I'm on a business trip this time, so the weekend is my only choice.
I have 'connections' in Deutschland but they all say the same thing, "sorry, you can't borrow MY...
Anyone know the number of Viper owners Vs the number of Vette owners?
The poll is open to anyone, so I assume there are probably a lot of people voting Viper.
Re: 2008 Viper news - NOT!
Let's assume the recent 'shutdowns' were not only to limit production of the current SRT-10 and coupe. Automotive News now shows that MORE Vipers have been built YTD in 2006 than at this time last year, even with the plant closed most of March! With the addition of...

Re: 2008 Viper news - NOT!
There will be about 25,000 'vehicles' produced at Conner Ave in 2008. 1500 will be Vipers 23,500 will be something else. This is my best guess, immortalized here 4-ever. Viper Framed, Hemi V-8 powered.....
Interesting thought process.
All the thinking goes out the window as soon as you turn the key.
Truth is, my first drive in a Viper was right after trading in the Ferrari. I turned onto the interstate and RIGHT INTO ATLANTA RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC! What a nightmare!
I was planning to drive the Nurburgring in June, but it looks like the course is all sold out during the two weeks I'll be there =-( I might try the Salzburgring. Anyone know about this track?
Quite a few new cars are coming out with this new low profile blade. I hope it brings the price down. As far as I know, most Lexus and Toyotas have this style, if not the exact clip design. I was quoted $120 for the pair a few months back.
Re: Woodhouse doesn\'t win, but is leading the pts. after 2nd Race!
Good to see the Viper at the finish, but the rest of the coverage looked like a Cadillac commercial.
A guy walking by the SRT-10 while I was putting the top up said to his girlfriend "Jeez, it doesn't even have a power top!" loud enough so I could hear him. She shrugged up her nose.
Retards.
Really pathetic apology at the end.
Spoken with the heaviest English accent:
"Quite a retard, really. Americans with their opinions, hmph!"
The value is what it is. To tell the honest truth, this site is not the end all, be all source for a price. Sure people will research before buying...
If I was 'bound' by rules and legal crap, I wouldn't put my name on it. Duh.
