    Question on price of GTS

    I believe that you will pay more for a similar car during the spring/summer months than you will during the winter. However, depending upon where you live, driving during the winter may not be a possibility. Here in Texas, it's 12 months of driving!!! :2tu:

    Is it necessary to keep the same diameter on a H pipe?

    Now that would be a trick!! I'd like to hear what you find out on the diameter, as I have been thinking about doing this as well.

    Thanks Tony! I've set the controls to 0-0 and it seems to be fine. Will wait about 50 miles then reset to my original settings.

    My viper keeps throwing a code (no 5 volt to the map sensor) and several people have told me that the VEC 1 is suspect. Car runs very rough and the A/F meter stays pegged on the rich side then the car dies. The connections are all soldered and in good shape. One person had this problem and...

    Be patient and check the classifieds for deals. We (Viper owners) tend to change things on our cars and you could benefit from this. :)

    Where is the car located - Dallas? If so, there are a number of places to take the car! Don't sweat the recalls. Just make sure that a qualified dealer does it and I can help recommend if the car is local to me. Should not cost anything, as it's a recall. Hope this helps!

    Eibach\'s and Koni adjustment = GOOD! Finally got around to changing out the springs and adjusted the stock Koni's at the same time. VERY nice improvement in handling. Only regret is not doing this sooner...LOL!! :)

    Stripes go through the rear license plate area on the 96 GTS, but not in 97.
