I won't ever give up my GTS for that--just my opinion and no flame to those who are interested in buying one or even have an SRT. Having said that, I'm still looking forward to seeing it in person and driving it.
Re: It\'s with a heavy heart that I must......
For anyone interested, I know Justyn's Viper, the "Yellow Fever." Whoever buys it is going to be pretty happy. It's a good looking clean Viper that runs great. By the way he didn't pay me for the plug. Justyn, hopefully we'll be able to go for...
20 percent, if I recall. I had it done in Texas just after I purchased the car. My Viper now has 10K, and the tint seems to be holding up nicely.
Back window only.
Never pulled over. I live in Florida now, and dark tint is pretty common around here.
I. Way to go Dodge, it didn't take long for you to do a retro on the GTS...you could have waited at least twenty years. Better yet, why didn't you just do a model progression like the 911? Basically, keep the same body style and platform for the next twenty years, and then make engine output...
Thanks for the pictures. We paid the entry fee a while back and were looking forward to the trip. Unfortunately on Thursday we had to change our plans and thus couldn't make it. Did you go to the mixer, dinner, and Sunday cruise?
"Woman's sports car" was coined by one of the car magazines when the Miata first came out. Funny thing is, I've never forgotten that phrase and I still recall it every time I see a guy driving one...The other phrase that has stayed with me through the years is, "Mr Spock, your car is ready,"...
Keith Laxson is someone to highly consider. The last info I had on him was All Pro Automotive, 1961 E. Frankford Rd #10, Carrollton, TX, (972)394-4139. He is a former Viper tech, now working to own his own shop, and a really down to earth guy to talk with. Carrollton is located within the...
I have nothing but good things to say about JonB. When I was overseas doing my part, he made me feel like I was his number one customer. Additionally, he served up a piece of America by taking the time to chat about "cars" and of course Vipers.
I met a former Viper-tech while I was in Dallas. He was referred to me by a member of the local VCA there. I found him to be honest and knowledgeable. He's pretty much available 24hrs a day too...Maybe he can point you in the right direction regarding your warranty work. Keith Laxson, All...
I really enjoy detailing all my cars and others who ask. IRT the Viper, the engine bay is easy and simple to clean-up. If you're the type who doesn't want to spend hours detailing the bay or having it professionally done at the shop, then consider giving it 5-10 minutes after you wash it...
Sorry for jumping your thread, but I guess I should finish what I started...If anyone is interested the '03 has about 2,300 miles on it and they are asking $70,850. The car does look clean. Otherwise, Mike if you need help around the Panhandle area let me know, and good luck with finding the...
Mike,
What year are you looking at, as I've seen a pretty nice 03 at a dealer about an hour east of me...I live in Pensacola (FL), and the car is located at Harbor Imports, Destin, FL. Otherwise, the other two FL locations you've ask about are pretty far from where I live--sorry I can't help...
