    Machine baffels with T&D:s on Gen 1?

    I'm installing new Rockers, and need to know if need to machine the baffles inside the valve covers for clearance with the T&D 1:7 ratio rockers? The Engine is a Gen1 and the lift is 0.585" Thanxs!

    Neil, yes the engine is in the car but not fired up yet. I had to order new roller rockers due to the longer Valve stems. I did also have some problems with the fuel return lines...but It's solved now. As soon the Rockers arrive from JonB, will I fire it up. Yes our FIA GT guys are doing well...

    It will only work with the Gen2. The Gen1 Gear is needed to give camshaft input data to the computer. As far as I know do you have to go with the Stock Timing Gearing (it's Cloyes). There is other ways to adjust the camshaft then using the hex bolts. Offset Cam keys can be used...

    You can have a custom camshaft done to your own choice of specifications. 700-800 bucks. Do you have headers? Rockers? What springs do you have? (spring values, seated/open, coilbinding...) Is your valve shafts longer then stock? etc etc... There is many questions to be answered before you make...
