If you love your '05 with runflats, you'll be amazed at the difference when you add PS2's with R compound. Partsrack should be able to help you. I really believe I could've saved my '05 if I hadn't been riding on runflats--not an excuse, but an after-action evaluation. Those tires on the back...- Flyntgr

Thanks, Julie! The car is faster than my '05 with full Bellanger system (486rwhp/511rwt). And the Pilot Sport 2's are supremely more wondermous than the runcraps. The car no longer picks up the highway ruts left in the asphalt by the 18 wheelers. How wonderful is that!?!:drive:- Flyntgr

2008 Gen 3? 3.5? 4?
Dodge officially recognizes it as a Gen. IV. Who are we to say otherwise? We never did that before, and I've all four gens. Geezzzzzz.- Flyntgr

Are you guys calling the new car the Gen III.5?
After driving my blue/white '08 convert for more than 200 miles, I'm calling it a gen IV. It is so much different from my '05 that, aside from exterior appearances, there is enough change to merit calling it a gen. IV. Need Info From Guys 1/4 Mile Runs 2008

Winterizing a Viper
In S.E. Louisiana I've found that the best winterization is done with both feet, one on the loud pedal and one on the Whoa! pedal. Sorry about you guys who live in the ice and snow. I don't think I could live in that environment! Best of luck to you in preserving your special autos.- Flyntgr

RCL, the same Mobil one 0w-40w synthetic oil, 10 quarts with filter. Breakin: Engine- do not exceed speed limits and do not exceed maximum rpm of 4,000, and do not reach 4K rpm until engine is warmed up-during the first 500 miles.
