    blew my friends expection and a little more.

    I drove an M6 vert with a couple mods (exhaust, tune, etc..). I wasn't impressed at all. The drive-by-wire totally killed responsiveness to me... like I was overriding cruise-control or something.

    Any thougts about the KW Variant 2 setup KNGSNKE? I had a pretty good line on a set of those and was actually considering it over the eibach/koni setup that I have ready to go on the car.

    I was thinking the exact same thing. Looking for the cheapest price and expecting flawless work is unreasonable IMO. Another option is to check with car dealerships like BMW, Mercedes, etc... Their shops have very nice equipment and deal with large wheels on a daily basis.

    My driver's side window does the same thing: won't work if door is opened beyond a few inches. I'm sure it's just in the door-to-body harness, but I haven't found the time to chase the issue down. I fixed a non-operational door actuator on a '99 by repairing a broken wire in the same harness...

    I'd be curious as to how many of the replies have actually driven a Viper with 3.73's or even 4.11's? My GTS has the 4.11's and it drives great, especially for around-town jaunts. Car just has smooth tubes, K&N, no cats, and a cat-back. It cruises along in 6th gear at 72 mph at about 1900...

    Hmm. Interesting. I wonder if there may have been a change in the alarm systems during the years? JonB? Mine (96 GTS) honks when I arm it with key fob. Then... about 15 seconds later it "honks" again and the dash LED blinks. Before I "fixed" my current drain issue, it would only honk...
