Before everyone gets too excited about competing with the ZR1 first you have to beat the lowly Z06 which put up a time 3 secs faster than the ACR.- 46hemi

Seems like prices are droping for gen2
Depends on what you are looking for. If you are seeking a 4 owner 22000 mile car yes deals can still be had. The clean, low owner, low mileage, desirable color cars seem to be rising from last year. I would not wait too much longer if thats what you are seeking ( at least in my humble opinion).- 46hemi

Pros and Cons of a 01 ACR?
I have an 01 ACR and love it. The Con's - hot interior - uncomfortable ride - very bad mileage :) - ACR wheels are a PITA to clean - Shocks may leak (Mine are fine tho) - Tires are very expensive - The brakes squeak a lot - People stare (I think that happens with non ACR GTS's though to be...- 46hemi

I am a Viper Purist but I can see that the new Viper has to change.

Thanks! I sometimes think of selling it but I always get cold feet. I have only put 2800 miles - its a No Comfort car. Took me a long time to find it when I bought it way back when off a dealers lot. Good price for a good car. I think it will actually prove to be a good deal looking back in the coming years. The GTS (IMHO) is special. I dont think you are likely to see a car like this produced again. A clean original example will be coveted.- 46hemi

Are the Gen II's value a little too high??
Gen II - No comfort ACR'S...the original and real hardcore package. There is a car, built in 1999-2002, and it does not have a radio or air conditioning. I am sorry but thats just cool.- 46hemi

If you are in the market for a Viper GTS ACR
If everyone thinks this car with 15k miles would be a 45k car, then with less than 3k miles its not far off. As others have said, right now you will have to wait for the right buyer but best of luck finding another sub 3k mile saphire/striped ACR. And what he paid for it means nothing. I...- 46hemi

Looking for an 06 Ram SRT RC
Yeah, been checking there frequently. I guess the problem has been trying to find one locally. I would prefer to buy from a private party, or one of our trusted dealers but would like to check it out myself first. Voodoo Viper...To buy or not to buy?
FGT for sure. The VooDoo is......well.... just another Viper "Special Edition" to add to the list. You want a special edition, buy one of the ONLY 4000 or so FGT's. Now thats special! I love my Viper but props must be given...the FGT is flat out cool.- 46hemi
