Anyone have a contact info for someone at Chrysler that can help me with a problem?

Maybe one of my Viper brothers can lend a hand here?

I have 4 vehices, and 3 are Chryslers (including my Viper). I am being given the run around on an issue I am having with my Jeep (for 15 months). I think that maybe I am just reaching the wrong people using the regular channels of escalation. If anyone can help me out with the contact information of a high ranking customer service exectutive I would surely appreciate it.

Ditto as above. The type of issue are you having may dictate the contact.

short story is there is a part on order for 15 months with no end in sight. I can gladly give more details via PM, just did not want to air allof the details in the public forum. thanks

Dodge Chrysler has a long ways to go with Jeep service. Biggest problem I believe facing the company. My 18 months with a Jeep SRT8 was absolutely horrible. Would be nice if Dodge Chrysler realized it and fixed it finally. Extended warranty wth Jeep, you kight as well flush the money down the toliet. Hope it works out.

that is a common problem. I have been waitin on my rt10 soft top for over 8 months with no hope.

Yeah thats the crappy part of it. I am in the market for a new car and usually I would start with Chrysler. Honestly, the treatment I have been receiving over this has me looking at other manufacturers. Just based on principle they are forcing me to look elsewhere. They need to fix this kind of stuff. You do not want to lose your loyal customers.

It would be so easy to fix if someone with some sense would review the case. If someone in my company did this to one of our great loyal customers I can guarantee people would be looking for new jobs!! I guess thats why we are rolling in dough and they are looking for handouts.

I'm not surprised Chrysler's service and quality hasn't changed since the 70's at all.The radiator went kaput just days after the warranty expired in my 72 Challenger.Had to fight tooth and nail with the manager to get it fixed. 3 months later the heater core went, flooding the carpet.They didn't care and I ended up replacing it with a 1970 Cuda core from a wrecker. This used core lasted 7 yrs. Why was a used core better than a freaking new car's core.Had three Cherokees [ 1985 turbo diesel , 1990 LTD and 1998 GC LTD ] .I only had an overheating issue with the 1990's radiator and fixed it with a dual core aftermarket one.Had an electronic issue too that I figured out myself after giving up on service techs at Chrysler.
