Why is it the case that below 1/4 can cause you problems? At that point does fuel not come out as fast from the tank? That seems like it should of been a recal problem even if you are not running boost
That just looks incredible. I saw the first picture and thought now what could be done to the white to make it look good as white to me just looks to plain. Wow the red stripes and red accented rims look amazing. I love it
I do think that you need the red to offset the color a bit. Its a bit too much black with all black wheels, but then again that is how batman likes it. Your car was voted top in Cardomain for a reason with the color combo. I really like the red stripes and think the rims match them well.
Great post. That is basically what I was saying but without all of the numbers you posted:). Best thing that you can do is replace those pistons. Sponsors like Sean Roe are making it cost effective to do it now.
Yeah but when you throw a 150 to 200 shot of nitrous on an engine that's already about 500rwhp its different than throwing a 150 to 200 shot on top of a 300-350rwhp engine. Also the cost of replacing the Viper engine is more expensive than replacing the Hemi. There are some that get away with...
The thing is those stock internals just are not meant for boost/Nitrous. I wish they put in the forged pistons like they did in some of the years of the Gen2's. I am weary enough in mine running a 150 shot. The least you want to run a window switch and make sure it does not come in sooner...
I too am curious what you will get. Mopar PCM should fix the problems that others have had. Make sure and get window switch with stock internals. 700 rwhp should be possible. I am curious what torque you will get as gen 2 and 3 always got high numbers. Keep us posted
The post did not mention aftermarket gears so it seems the mentioned winner is correct. So what are the top speed limits for each gear for a gen 3? I am sure not much different than a gen 4 but is a little different
The hood for sure looks awesome. I too love the aggressiveness of the hood. Especially the functional cowl. That is one extra positive about this one compared to the OEM is the cowl goes right into the air filters. The OEM one does not line up to the filters.
I guess it would be interesting to see what the credit back for the stock GenIII engine would be as that would be a good part of the cost of the package. If you look hard enough you can get a rod/piston/valve spring/gaskets package for around $2000 and of course the work would be more but 600...
What is the stock fuel system rated for? How are SuperCharged Vipers with stock fuel system able to hit more than 700HP? I run nitrous that not does go lean at about 600rwhp?
