    rusty NUTS underneath car near exhaust?

    When I bought my 99 RT/10, the bolts on my rear fascia were all rusted and looked aweful. I tried to find replacements with no luck. I bought a wire brush and got most of the rust off. Then bought some flat black spray paint and painted the bolts. They look as good as new.

    When I first got my 99, I took it to get inspected and the viper tech said that it had an aftermarket cam in it as well. It doesn't, not that I am aware of, but I got the same response you did. Confused me as well, but now after reading this I know. Thanks!

    Black is the best in my opinion. Here is a pic of my RT/10. If you want a GenII in black, the years to choose from are 1999 and 2000. 99 was the last year for the forged engine. Gotta love the cognac int on a black car!
