    In a recent Viper magazine, they featured a Viper that had an auto conversion. I'm sure it wasn't cheap, but Gen 3 vipers are pretty inexpensive now. I have no idea what Dodge is planning for the Gen 5, but I'd be very surprised to see an auto. ~Jay

    I really like the front end, but the back is ugly, and the half windows make it look like a kit car. I think a better option if you want Viper performance and Italian styling is to buy both a Viper and Ferrari. ~Jay

    Driver door locks itself every time I get out

    I think that might be the problem. The windows almost never open when I open and close the door. I did the recalibration thing and it worked for a short time, but now it seems that 1 out of 5 times the glass just slams into the frame. I assume reflashing the BCM is a dealer thing? ~Jay

    I don't know all the scenarios, but when turn the car, get out and close the door, the driver door locks, but the passenger door remains unlocked. What could cause this? I assume it has something to do with the fact that I had the door panels recovered. Could a loose wire cause the problem...

    OK, it's not a bell, but the rattle does sound a bit like a bell. At certain speeds a vibration will cause a rattle in the convertible top latch. Do you have any idea what need to be tightened in it? thanks, ~Jay
