We have 102UL and 110L available at the pump around here. It fluctuates between $7.29 and $7.99/gal. I found Sunoco 110L at a Kwik Trip just across the border in Wisconsin last summer for $5.59/gal!!!
I had the same issue and I didn't touch my clutch. Just swapped the trans. I struggled trying to get that thing in for a couple hours. I tried everything. Finally took a break cause I was about ready to throw something across the garage. Came back a while later and it popped right in. LOL
I'll third that. If I wanted a luxury car loaded with techno wizardry and nanny devices, I wouldn't have bought my Vipers. I begrudgingly gave in to throttle by wire. :( That's where I draw the line.
Aftermarket pads obviously but I doubt they're race pads. Are your rotors getting chewed up?
The clips you see on the stock pad are wear indicators. They're not typically found on an aftermarket pad.
Cut the 45 degree bend off the end of the factory duct, attach some 3" brake hose, route it over the lower A-arm, bend it behind the shock and point it at the rotor/caliper. Secure the hose. Not as effective as a full caliper shroud but better than nothing. I've been running that way for...
You really have to see it in person. There's a slight bulge to the sidewall. Doesn't look bad but it's noticeable. Pics can't show how it really looks.
I do as well. I have no problem mounting the 315 on a 10" wheel. Sidewalls bulge a little but I only run them on the track. I'd stick with a 295 on the street.
