Hey all,
I had my 06 cpe in storage for a while and had the passenger door mirror folded in. When I pulled it back to normal there was no tension or resistance like what you feel when twisting it and its not secure.
Is there a spring or hardware on the backside that I can get to if removing...
Yeah, closing the door to the non worthy enthusiasts was a really strange move. Left are the ‘elites’ to talk amongst themselves.
I think there will be many from there spending time over here.
I recently dreamed of an ACR to sit next to my 06 Coupe
Then I woke up and said...screw this !! Dreaming gets me nothing
The 2010, ACR will be shipped to me after Christmas !!!! Cant wait.
Now I will go and dream about super models....maybe twins, why not both ?.......
Matt
I know this has nothing to do with this thread but have to put it out there to tie in with the last few comments.
Well, today I secured the car that was 1st on my list.
A 2010 ACR. This is what I wanted. The last of the old breed.
I will have it picked up after New Years, so what a great way...
Well, actually not torn at all.
Reason I would like to find an ACR is that I believe its the last true 'raw' production car that we will see. Considering all the limitations put on the manufacturers now and even more so in the future, this will be a milestone car not only in the Viper history...
It doesn't have to be exactly in this price range. I don't I say I am going to spend X $ and then see what is the most bang for the buck. That's not how I decide what's next when it comes to cars
I am drawn to certain designs and unfortunately I really don't care that much for the way the Gen V...
I don't think because some of us are not ready to run out and buy a current model of the Gen V, necessarily means that we aren't worried about the survival of the Viper down the road.
Personally I can not get excited about what I see being offered (design). To a point where I will in fact buy...
Interesting comment about this being a 'useless comparison'. This is exactly what the Lambo, Ferrari, R8, GT3 etc guys are talking about. They really don't care what the 'Dodge' can and will do performance wise. They know what they like and that's why they buy what they buy. To get them to...
Well, I do agree with some of this. As mentioned, I am definitely a low mileage guy but I am in it for the duration. I buy my cars to keep for a long time.
If I on the other hand bought something with the intention to just keep it for a year or two, then get something else.....I am sure I would...
Hey,
I know....its been shown somewhere before. Did a search and all I can find is members talking about what magazine the info is in.
I actually had that mag but passed it on when I was done with it.
So, Please.....the production numbers for 2010 if someone can post them
Thanks
Matt
I am one of the low mileage guys so here's my take
I really enjoy the Viper ownership. Always wanted one and when the right one came along, it was a no brainer to buy it.
Fact it as much as I love to drive it....I don't have to do that to get my 'fix'. Just being around it makes me happy...
Absolutely stunning. Perfectly balanced and aggressively set up car.
Photo quality, angles and lighting....perfect !
I have tried really hard to get exited about the Gen V. I want to like it.....I really do.....but the fact is that images like these just reinforces my belief that the Gen 3...
Yes, the door will clear the inner fender of the trailer essentially giving me the full 101" width to work with. However, I really don't think it will work trying to squeeze out of the very small door opening that it allows.
Trailer is being custom built by ATC. Its a 40' aluminum, Gooseneck...
Well....I decided to get the door. Also I am getting the wiring, winch mounting plate and cut out in the cabinet so that I can easily install a winch down the road if I want to. It certainly wouldn't be an option to get the door later on so I think it makes sense to add it now.
Thanks for the...
Hi,
Wrapping up the equipment on my new trailer. Asked about tie downs before and decided to go with full length, recessed e-track and 'over the tire' straps to secure.
Next question to those that trailer their SRT 10 Coupes:
- Do you prefer to drive in under power and use an escape door (My...
Thanks for the responses.
Not possible to get the car to the manufacturer at this time, even though I can see the the benefit of doing this.
Have decide to install 3 full length e-tracks rather than specific locations for the tie downs. This will give me some options.
Good info on the cross...
Hey,
Having a custom trailer built and there is something I need help with.
Can someone tell me the best pattern for the floor tie downs ?
In other words, the ultimate width and also distance from front to back where the floor mounted tie downs should be.
This of course in such a way...
