Check your decklid weatherstripping to see if it is there. Mine is missing.
Where the left and right quarter panel [fender] meets the deck lid at the top there is a rubber weatherstripping running from just ahead of the tailight assembly forward to just behind the door jam attached to the quarter panels on either side on my '03 vert.
This piece is curiously missing on my '08 on both sides. Missing or deleted by factory or cost cutting? Anybody elses missing? Just curious.
