$100. Gift certificate, NOT

Who do I contact? I was supposed receive a $100. gift certificate from a drawing at the MD/VA crab feast. I have waited and reminded, but never got it. I don't mean to sound petty, but there are some things that I need to order. If I am getting it I'll wait, otherwise I'll just put it behind me and order what I need.
