19 £.93 Hennessey viper venom 600

I own three generation one vipers but this is the first Hennessey viper venom I have owned. Unfortunately John Hennessey did not keep records this far back. Is Anyone familiar with what the function of the control knobs below and to the right of the steering wheel perform? It appears to be a three position switch off ,turn it clockwise turns a green light on ,turn and turn it counterclockwise turns a yellow light on and makes some computer noises. Any knowledge or assumptions would be appreciated.

...sounds like a radar detector, or at least that’s what mine is with that description.

Sadly technology has moved on since it was installed new in 2000, mines officially useless and chirps at anything. ;-)
