MAy be a few things to check. First, I always wet the applicator pad with Z6..then put on the #5 or 2. I also let the polish dry a long time..this will help make sure that you don;t get "swirls" in the polish itself. If you do still have what look like swirls..try going over the car with Z6..they may be in the polish coat itself. Finally, make sure you are using good, 100% made in USA towels. Cheaper towels can leave those hairline marks. I ahve always had the #5 do the trick.
