2 2001 Rare GTS\'s Meet in the Ham *Pics*

Myself & callred met for the first time tonight in person to take the 2 2001 Rare GTS's out for a spin on the interstates of B'ham, AL. We had an awesome time on the roads & a great time talking! Sapphire is absolutely stunning. I've been longing for a stripeless sapphire ACR as long as I can recall.

Nice pics! Are the black stripes on the yellow gts narrower than the sapphire stripes ? They seem to look that way. Wondering if DC changed the stripe width thru the years.

Wow, I just noticed that, when I get home I will measure mine I thought they were all 8” from the factory

Viprvenm...I just measured my white stripes and they are 8 inches.

Maybe the black stripes give more contrast and act like an illusion...

Curious mind's want to know!

To me it looks like the the stripes are closer together on the sapphire, so what's the distance between the strips on both cars?

Distance between two stripes on my Sapphire = 4 6/16"
