VERY nice. Welcome to the N/A 500 RWHP club!

Yes very nice numbers indeed! What nitrous jets are you using? Just wondering how your "Nitrous Optimized" Cam did. I got 145 rwhp gain using #52 & #28 you show a gain of 184 rwhp were they the same jets?

Mike,

He is running our NGP system which mixes gasoline and propane with nitrous for the most potent combination available.

BLS's car is jetted conservatively as he still uses the stock "cast" pistons. His system still produced 25 more RWHP than my own Viper on the same exact setup(mine on the single stage only). It is undoubtably the cam as we run the same exact cylinder heads.

His new cam which is a special nitrous grind, still gave him over 510 RWHP with no learning miles at 529 rwtq. The cam has an excellent idle with a pronounced lope, with absolutely NO drivability problems.

We will be testing his car again soon after some learning miles for the ECU and running it at the track to see the real deal!

You're too kind Ben. Most people don't consider nitrous N/A, rather a category by itself like S/C and turbos. However, in the strict sense it's still N/A. At any rate, Byron's creampuff aint no creampuff anymore.

Hey Chuck,
Actually, my N/A comment was directed at the 509 RWHP BLS is making without NOS. That's pretty stout power for a heads+cam+exhaust package costing <$10K...

Can't argue with that. Hey, I thought of emailing you with a trig question earlier today, but I figured it out thanks to the internet.

2001 \"Cream Puff\" goes to the dyno...

We installed the following performance parts this weekend on my 2001 "Cream Puff" and took it to the dyno:

BTR Stage 3 Heads
T&D 1.7 Roller Rockers
BTR's New "Nitrous Optimized" Cam
ECU from a 1997 Viper GTS

Here is a link to the dyno sheets:

Actual rear wheel power: Click Here For Dyno Sheet

SAE corrected rear wheel power: Click Here For Dyno Sheet

These numbers were made with less than 25 learning miles on the new ECU.

More testing and details to follow...
