Valve Repair Summary. As I posted previously I had my valves changed several weeks ago. I did before and after dyno runs (posted elsewhere) noting the improved performance along with the dealer service.
One thing I have not posted is that ISG has never, not to this day, attempted to contact me. I received the original "Dear Ron" letter informing me that my car had incorrect intake valves and that a follow-up contact would be made. After the 800 number was posted here I contacted Kim and determined which dealer to do the repair at and then had the repair completed. No ISG contact. No letter for me to sign as stated earlier on the forum and no $300 dollar Mopar certificate.
