That's one of the rarest Vipers of all...right up there with the 92 GTS!

Contact him and tell him that you live a few miles away and would like to personally inspect the car. Ask if he has the title in hand to close the deal with a certified check if you approve the car. Chances are that he will make an excuse such as the car is really at some other location where he has moved since posting the ad. Keep us posted on this "mystery Viper".

Just because you guys don't have one, doesn't mean none were made 
I happen to have three 2007 Vipers. All 3 are for sale so I can start an all girl college in my backyard. The $$ from the sale of the Vipers will go to fund 1000 all expense paid scholarships (I have very reasonable scholarship rates) along with possibly starting a gym and volleyball team at the McCollege for Girls. Please PM me for details about the 2007 Vipers if you are a serious buyer.

Those 95 GTS's are very rare as well

After asking if he was sure it was an 07, he said it was an 06 and apoligized and said he'd change the ad. He also gave me a local phone # so it MAY be legit, albeit priced too high.

Sad but true, I once called a local Dodge dealership for a quote on a transmission fluid change on my '05 Commemorative. I was quoted $159.95 which included the labor, fluid, and the filter screen.
