2008 Orange/Black Vert?

Anyone know anything about this car:

eBay Motors: Dodge : Viper (item 390022501062 end time Jan-17-09 08:20:58 PST)

Wondering why it's listed as "used". I carfaxed it, and the vin is not in their database, so I guess it's never been titled. Also they list it as "full factory warranty". Seems like a good deal...

Maybe someone on here will fess up to making the buy?? I'd love to hear the details!

Meanwhile 2 more 08 Vipers have appeared on ebay with the mysterious "used" and under 100 miles status. These 2 do show up in carfax, but only 3 records: vehicle prepped for sale, vehicle offered for sale, vehicle offered for sale.

Pretty weird.
