Interestingly enough, yet at the same time not surprising, your color is also prevalent in Daffodils. Seems fitting for you, if you ask me:

Vipers are supposed to be wild; this is a very fitting color and I like it and now its down to this, purple, orange, or the new red. On second thought, the new red isn't wild enough in this bunch. Ok, so now it's down to three colors.

Anyone with a reasonable amount of knowledge would know that yellow actually is THE color for a viper!

The viper snake is very colorful and robust. The viper snake in the rain forest lives in wet places and also in mountains in small caves. Their bright colors in their skin help them survive.
The viper snake is a very short snake compared to most of the other type of snakes. She is 50 to 65cm long. But the viper snake has a very robust body. The viper snake has red and some have brown eyes they have yellow skin but some are also green. This color helps the viper snake camouflage.

So besides being the best looking color on a Dodge Viper, it truly represents it's namesake. The downside to yellow is that you actually have to keep it clean, unlike grey that you can drive around with a year of dirt caked on it. If you have a grey car no one will notice if it is filthy unless it is REALLY BAD and then they write notes and leave them on your car.

Okay, it doesn't have spots, but this stunning car just rolled off the assembly at CAAP and was seen earlier today at DCX headquarters in Auburn Hills...

We are told by reliable sources that the finish on this paint job is simply one of the best they have ever seen on a Viper.

Looks like those ordering 2008's in any color are in for a real treat, but those with the Snakeskin Green cars - wow. Now this is a color that truly "pops"!

My color choice for stripes: Yellow (probably not offered by the factory).

The rims however would not be my first choice.

Leapin' lizzards! I love it. The hood is absolutely stunning.

Didn't care for the H wheels when I first saw them, but I like them a lot now. 5 spokes are everywhere, on all kinds of cars. Had them for 2 years on my 06, and ready for a change.

Nope, production has NOT started yet. These are press cars (pre-production) that will be used at PR events and probably appear in early magazine tests, etc. And then they go to the crusher.

Interesting! When I was at CAAP a couple weeks ago they were set up for two Venom Red, one GTS Blue, and one Snakeskin Green. I should have stuck around!

Well that just *****. I would gladly take a pre-production, used by magazine's Viper off their hands when they are done with it. No need to crush a perfectly good work of art. Even if it is green and "ugly".
