When do the new 2008 SRT 10 Vipers begin Production? Automotive News has reported no production other than 13 early on with no production thus far for the new 2008 SRT. They also show 74 sold through last week. Whats up?

I spoke with National office last Friday morning and was told that due to a supplier problem production wouldn't begin until middle or late September. And that the CAP tour scheduled for Labor Day weekend has been canceled.

Glad I decided to get an 06' and can alway's trade up for an 08' when the kinks are worked out. Don't think I will though because I love my color combo.

Besides, I'd like to get a silver I'm sure they'll have in 09. In an ACR. By then the 08 will be more in my price range though

I believe it is more and administrative issue.
Since the powershift even a small issue can be difficult to fix.
Until the power chain is set, things will go slower at Dodge.
