2010 Woodhouse special ACR convertible - only 20 made - how much should I pay for it?

Has about 2500 street miles on it, and I have a once in a life time chance to grab it. Probably need to sell my 09 vert to help pay for it, but seems to be much more highly collectible model and if I don't grab it I may never have another chance.

That car never comes up for sale. I believe one has been sold publicly and he sold it for high 80's but the seller also mentioned that he needed cash fast. Like you mentioned only 20 have been made and I know of at least one that had to be rebuilt and two that have been highly modified (losing their collector status). That being said I wouldn't move mine for less than $120k and I'm still not sure that I'd sell it. (Yes I'm biased)

I had #13 of the 20, red/black that I sold to a determined Canadian buyer. I had it for 2 years and put 10k miles on it.

Seeing as how the 06 VOI went for $125k plus commission my estimate is low

You probably won't get a good price history for this rare car because so few changed hands. Can you try to figure out what is the car worth TO YOU without looking for what others paid for it? It's tough but you get to be a pioneer and help establish the worth of this car. A lot is made over rarity but that's only the half of it. How much DEMAND is there for it? The Viper gets hurt here because it looks for a special buyer - special buyer out of a special group of sports car buyers. What would the demand for this car be when the GEN V convertible comes out? Or (I hope not) it doesn't come out at all and worse yet, the Viper line shuts down again. In this case, the ACR vert value would probably go up. Try not to look at it as an investment - horizon is too far out unless the Viper line shuts down.
