708 Cam + Porting = rwhp??

[2001 GTS]

What kind of rwhp could I expect from a 708 cam, lifters, 1.7RRs, headers, 3in catless exhaust, and comp ported stock heads with 2.02/1.60 valves, milled 0.030 with a Vec1?

Yea, I've read up on all of those, I would like a min of 510rwhp.

Do I need to get the computer flashed for a '96?

And Do I need to get the intake milled 0.030 to fit right?
