? about valve recall gift certificate--may need VCA officers help

I have received my $300 gift certificate from whoever sends them out. I do not have a local Dodge dealer to use it at as I live in a small town. I would like to use the certificate at the Dodge website to buy some shirts and hats. Can anyone help me with this matter. The customer service people seem to be of no help as they do not know what I am talking about and they do not know who sent the gift certificates out.
